Feeling Into What You Really Want

If you are at all familiar with the Law of Attraction you know that a huge part of manifesting is being able  to feel what life will be like when you get what you want. The tool I want to talk about today is visualization. It’s said that if you can imagine what you want with enough detail and feeling that the brain starts to believe what it’s seeing is the real deal.  This has always been a challenge for me, I can think about what I want and to some degree even visualize it but getting in touch with the emotion is difficult for me. Instead of just giving up an saying that doesn’t work for me I am going to encourage you to stay with it, even if the feelings don’t seem strong or present at all what I have found is that the more I visualize and the clearer my picture of what I want gets, the more I start to feel around it. The excitement of creating my dream life starts to feel real in my imagination. The more real it feels the more I am open to the opportunities and people that show up to help me create it.

Start with writing out what your end result is, do you want to be healthy, fit, toned, be able to run a marathon, have a home on the beach, vacation in Italy. Put down as many details as you can, use all the senses, what do you see, smell, taste, touch, and hear and now how do you feel, or how do you imagine you would feel, close your eyes and see it in your mind. Just start with 5 minutes and work your way up to 10 to 5 minutes a day. What you will likely notice is that ideas of how to make it happen will pop into your head or an opportunity will show up that will get you one step closer to your goal.
